“I can only speak on my experience. I am not as hard on PC as I used to be. but I bought a similar setup from BestBuy(yeah i prolly overpaid, but idc) almost 2 years ago. Personally, I'm very pleased with the PC bc the PC has done everything I have asked of it without issue. I did have to upgrade my RAM though. I doubled my RAM b/c of the stuff I'm doing using the ever-living heck out of it, but that's b/c I do a lot of editing of photos and such.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. “I bought the i7-14700f and 4060ti one. I haven’t had issues so far, so far I’ve upgraded the ram, I upgraded to a 4070ti super and in my plans I wanna swap out to the KF version and install a 360mm AIO”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“Cyberpower are really good PC. They have great bang for the buck. You can get a pretty powerful PC at a good price!”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“I have the i9 32 gig of ram 2tb ssd model of the exact same pc. It's a great build incredibly powerful compared to my last pc which had a rtx 2060”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“See if you can 'customize it' with the MB/PSU that you want. My experience with CyberpowerPc has been positive, but my rig was custom.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“I just bought one a month ago and made a post about it. So far, it's been a beast, and I have nothing but good things to say. The assembly was done nicely and everything operates as it should. Personally, I feel like if you customized your order or included the professional wiring, I assume they pay more attention to detail during the assembly vs the prebuilds that are just mass produced and shipped. The only issue I had with mine was the glass on the case was chipped. The customer service was great and sent me replacement glass with no questions asked free of charge. Below is the post I made when I recieved mine: https://www.reddit.com/r/CYBERPOWERPC/s/BUtsmSP6Sq”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I ordered a prebuilt 5 years ago and it came with such cheap terrible parts yet that pc run with me for 5 to this day. I did have one issue with the windows program and sent it back to cyber power pc and they fixed it for free and shipped it back since then no problems. I ordered another month about 2 months ago from them and have been swapping out new parts here and there and giving my old pc away with upgraded parts. I would just order good parts all over and basically they put the pc together for you. I’m sure some people have had bad experiences but mine has been just fine although next time I ever buy a pc which might be like 5-6 years I’ll probably build my own.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“Bought one a few months ago during Black Friday. The only issue it had which I was already aware of when I was googling this prebuilt was that the Western Digital SSD was not updated to a later firmware version when it was shipped out so it blue screened as it was incompatible with Windows 11 24H2. I already had the SSD firmware updater ready to go incase mine blue screened, which it did, and fixed the problem in 1 minute. No issues since. It’s extremely quiet, well-built / professionally wired, and runs like a dream on any game. Highly recommend.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I bought the ready-to-ship 5080 9800x3d (the 99653) at the launch a couple weeks ago, and got a perfectly working, perfectly cooled, on-time, everything in great condition machine for a price that was, frankly, stupid ($2250+tax, free 2-day shipping). No issues, no problems. It's out of stock now and they (appropriately) raised the price a bit for when it becomes available again.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I had a 3060 prebuilt a while back, and they replaced parts no questions asked. Like a bearing in my fan was noisy. Sent one quickly.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗

“I have a prebuilt 4060Ti and I love it. The only issue I have after 2 years is one of my fans goes haywire with the RGB's on, just kind of flickers off and on. So far, haven't had any issues with the major components.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I had mines for a few weeks by now, I got it with an RTX 4070 super and an AMD Ryzen 7800x3D and I'm loving my computer! Sure there some people that have post horror stories here but those are the kind of people who has nowhere else to vent about there shitty computer, other then that my PC was worth it, no regrets so far”From thread: CYBERPOWERPC ↗
“I got one from Costco with the 9800 and 5800 and it’s been running very smoothly for the week I had it. That said, it did come with a faulty stick of ram that I had to RMA. If anything seems off, just do some troubleshooting. Other than the initial issue with the ram, I’m quite pleased.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I bought one from best buy ver similarly speced, had some issues that were fixed with basic drivers/windows update but had recurring crashes in Forza Horizon 5 related to a PBO overclock on the system by default. Build quality and cable management were good, thermals were great, noise was low. Once I undid the overclock and made sure all drivers were up to date I've been rock solid.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“Nothing wrong with the pre-builts but you’re better off spending a few bucks to customize it with a quality mobo, PSU, SSD, & AIO from the options they have available. Kudos. I’d say $100-300 additional cost”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I can say that everything worked as advertised, once I opened the case and checked all the connectors, plugs, made sure everything was seated properly, made sure the fans were all plugged in (TBF, it has eight fans and they missed one). They sent all the manuals for the MB and other parts, the inside was packaged with the expanding foam. I specifically got one from Costco with the same CPU/GPU you listed, just in case I had issues. Costco's return policy is immaculate... just in case. After I reviewed and checked everything I was more than pleased with mine. Just do your due diligence.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I bought one a few years ago when the 3080 came out and I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality and shipping, especially considering that I’ve built my own PCs many times before. The computer has held up well but I did choose to custom select the components so I didn’t buy the cheap default parts. I have an order in right now for a 5080 build so the quality has been good enough for me to order from them again.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“Back in April I got the Cyberpower from walmart with a 5070 TI, 9800x3d, 32gb ddr5, 2tb for $1899. I use it with a 4K OLED that I got last year in May. I’m very satisfied with it, I can even use Path Tracing with DLSS Perormance and 2X FG and get good frame rates at 4K”From thread: What prebuilt did you buy and do you regret it? “Strongly advises staying far away from CyberPowerPC.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“Yeah, the only problem I had with mine was the psu. It blew up. I had no problem replacing it, though, if you're ok with swapping out the psu. I'd just get a psu as well as the pc and just swap em out in the beginning.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“I ordered a CyberPowerPC, but I could never get it to work. Customer service tried to help but couldn't resolve the problem, so I returned it.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“Yeah cyberpower uses a faulty PSU brand called APEVIA, it can fry your components within months”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“i would rather spend extra money to go to damn near anyone else for a prebuilt than ever deal with cyberpower ever again. if that tells you absolutely anything.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“Customer service for them is trash. No matter what number you call you'll get 1 of 2 disinterested guys that just repeat the same company jargon over and over. They also continously talk over you. Ever heard of someone looking right through you? Well they talk right through you.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“Cyberpower pc tend to cheap out on certain parts causing early failure. Customer support is useless so be ready to fix the issue yourself. That's just my experience. Swapped out the psu ,ram and cpu cooler . Motherboard , GPU and cpu were good so got a deal”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“Stay away from custom loops unless you plan on re plumbing everything yourself. My GF went and bought one without talking to me 1st, and she got screwed. Overpaid for the rig in general. 2 weeks later, it leaked all its coolant onto the GPU. She had to pay 400 to ship it there and back for repairs. It has been fine for the year since, but its thermals were terrible, CPU would throttle the second you put it under load. I had to do a bunch of research and purchase her a heatkiller 4 water block and backplate as well as a thermal grizzly contact plate.. Found that the water block that they installed was plumbed backwards... probably didn't help the thermals at all. And I realized other than the radiator, there was only 1 fan for the entire evo11 case... blowing the wrong way. The amount of money and time I have spent getting this pc to perform without thermal throttling, If she had talked to me and planned building our own we could have gotten a 4080 super and still saved money. So I suggest going with a AMD chipset and closed loop cooling, and that's probably good advice for any prebuilt pc maker. The intel chips are basically impossible to keep cool without the best of the best water cooling solutions. Also, I do not blame her for going buing a gaming pc without talking to me, she shouldn't have to. It upsets me greatly that companies exist that will gladly take 1000s of dollars from people who have to save for a year or finance for these products, and sell such poor quality workmanship. I would imagine a company that exists building pc's would know best, but choose to skimp on good labor and parts to try and save money. Granted if you just buy a pc and plug it in and never bother to check your thermals or plumbing or anything like that, you would be none the wiser all the issues your rig has. Youd would just turn it on and game until the intel chip prematurely fails, or just never notice your performance is being hampered because most games aren't that cpu intensive. Not saying you can't get a good pc from any of these companies, just be vigilant about the build quality and warranty details. everything you'd ever need to know is here on reddit.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I placed an order from them 3 weeks ago for a PC with a 5080 in it because they said it would ship out today. When I didn't get a shipping notification I called them up and they said "Well, we are waiting on more 5080s, stock is low and we get them weekly but we don't know when we're going to get one". I cancelled the order right then. So, unless you're willing to wait an unknown amount of time for it, you may not get the PC before you're able to get a 50 series card on your own.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I don’t have a previous computer but I did recently get a prebuilt laptop from them the 4090 and it runs horribly after the first use even factory test the damn thing and game Audi still not loading and neither is the cyberpower control center”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I have the PC you’re looking to get. Bought it from Best Buy on preorder. So far, I’ve had issue with a red light on the VGA. None of my monitors will turn on unless I reseat the GPU. After that, it works. I’m running 3 individual dp cables into the GPU itself for triple monitors on iRacing. Even with the monitors not plugged in, it will have the red light on. Not sure why I’m having this issue, but I’ll be calling cyberpower this evening. When I put it on sleep mode, it will turn back on just fine. But when I turn it off and then on the next day; after being off, the issue arises. Otherwise it plays everything on high settings with 200+fps no problem”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I just bought a 5080 9800x3d and it was dead on arrival. I tried everything but the graphics card was dead. Had to send it back for RMA. Customer service was fine but the PC clearly wasn’t tested properly beforehand. It was beautiful looking though I will say.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“Had to send mine back twice because they wired it incorrectly and I’m not a computer whiz. This happened in late 2021, GPU died last year.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I bought one last July and it’s not working now. Not exactly sure what the problem is. I need to take it apart and reseat everything along with the CMOS battery! These are by far the suckiest PCs I’ve ever encountered!!! Don’t buy one!!!”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I bought a power spec during the 30 series launch and mining gpu shortage. IMO, they’re better built than companies like cyberpower and ibuypower. The support is solid too. I bought mine and had zero issues. Before going with microcenter, I bought one from cyber power, and the build quality was trash and the components were just flimsy. I also had issues immediately with the GPU and they made such a big deal out of it. Ultimately got my money back and went with powerspec.”From thread: How common are problems with PowerSpec prebuilts? ↗
“Cyberpower used to be good idk what happened. Last PC I got from them the shit kept freezing. I send it back to them and they keep claiming they test it, but it kept coming back same problem AND eventually constant damage. Yeah they lost me. I bought a laptop from iBuyPower during COVID. Still going strong.”From thread: I want to get a prebuilt gaming pc, but I am absolutely overwhelmed. ↗
“They are shady AF. I bought a computer from them and 2 weeks later it died. thankfully I paid for the upgraded warranty that included shipping back to them for warranty work, so I got an RMA and shipped it back. Turns out the RAM went bad. Ok, that happens, components fail. They replace it and ship it back to me. A few months later, same issue.”From thread: Most reliable websites to buy a prebuilt gaming PC in the U.S.? ↗
“Never buy from cyberpower online. They tried to scam me out of a $2300 dollar custom pc. Because the motherboard died after 24 days of owning it. They were lying about my actions and communication with them, to my credit card company. They sent me a box with no communication after 3 weeks. I rejected the UPS package and immediately contacted my Credit card company. I looked up online that many people had a similar situation happen, only to find rocks or a case with no hardware in the box. Since those people accepted the package, they had no course of action to fight cyberpower. It was so scary, Never again! Granted this was in 2015. I still say fuck them!”From thread: Most reliable websites to buy a prebuilt gaming PC in the U.S.? ↗

General comments about the brand that don't name a specific model.
“Yes cyberpower had some frustrating issues if you’re not a pc enthusiast but if you change parts you want to upgrade its going to be a better deal than trying to buy every part separately and put the pc together yourself.”From thread: Wanting to buy this pc. Anyone have any experience with it? ↗
“In-house brand cpu coolers are garbage. Otherwise it's been okay on mine. I usually build my systems, but I couldn't get closer to the price at the time.”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“I’d say it’s fine. I got the 5080/9800x3d build from Best Buy. I’ve already replaced the cheap PSU they gave me. Ended up with the Msi Ventus OC card so that’s not great. Overall it feels a bit cheap to me, BUT I’ve had absolutely NO issues with it. This being my first gaming PC, I already know what I would’ve done different if I built it myself or customized it on their site. But yeah it just worked out of the box!”From thread: Anything good to say about prebuilt cyber power pcs? ↗
“ibuypower and cyberpower pcs are really ONLY for lazy people who know computers, you will be fixing their mistakes and they will absolutely allow you to pick out stupid parts but you will pay less than anywhere else. but if you get reputable parts theyll assemble and source it for cheap so if you know what youre doing theyre great”From thread: What is the best brand or site for a prebuilt pc ↗
“I have owned iBuyPower and 2 CyberPower pre-builts. With my limited experience, my take is that there is no general rule on which is best or worst. The components (memory, SSD, PSU, etc), can vary a lot, even for the same model. Obviously they try to reduce cost by going with cheaper components. And sometimes they are also limited to availability of stock. You should go for the best published specs you can afford. At your price range, you won't have a lot of options. GPU (RTX 4060 or equivalent AMD version) CPU Memory size (you are likely limited to DDR4 in your price range) SSD size”From thread: Best Prebuilt PC on Best Buy ↗
